Student Parking Registration Fees

Fall & Spring

  • $75.00 Transportation Fee (included on student’s tuition bill when taking at least one on-campus class)
  • $75.00 Parking Registration Fee for Online or Audit Students (Permit must be obtained directly from Parking Services)

Intersession

  • Intersession is covered by the Fall semester parking registration.
  • $20.00 Parking Registration Fee for individuals who did not register for a Fall semester parking registration

Summer Sessions

  • $50.00 Parking Registration Fee charged to student’s tuition bill after parking registration is completed

Visitors

Visitors may park in Lot AA in the designated row or with a valid visitor permit displayed. Visitors may request a parking permit from the individual or department they are visiting.

Registered students and employees are prohibited from parking in the visitor’s lot (Lot V) for any reason.

Student Parking Refund Schedule

Fall and Spring Semesters

  • Drop before the start of classes: 100% of parking fee
  • Drop before the end of the first week of classes: 75% of parking fee
  • Drop before the end of the second week of classes: 50% of parking fee
  • Drop before the end of the third week of classes: 25% of parking fee
  • Withdrawal after the end of the third week of class: no refund

Summer Sessions

  • Drop before the start of the semester: 100% of parking fee
  • Drop before the end of the second day of classes: 90% of parking fee
  • Withdrawal after the end of the second day of classes: no refund

Fines for Parking Violations

  • Warning Ticket: $0.00
  • Meter/Permit/General Violation: $25.00
  • Obstructions/Careless Parking/Sign Violation: $25.00
  • Handicap/Fire Zone Violation: $50.00

Fines for Violations of the Vehicle & Traffic Law

  • First violation: $25.00
  • Second violation: $50.00 and a Student Rights & Responsibilities referral
  • Third violation: $75.00 and and a Student Rights & Responsibilities referral
